2016 Ford Fiesta Sedan

This is a 2016 Ford Fiesta that my daughter bought in 2020 from the local Ford dealer. The car has been largely trouble-free except that recently, the transmission started having problems. According to the people at the transmission shop, the "A" clutch (gears 1, 3, and 5) works, but the "B" clutch (gears 2, 4, and 6) does not work.
