1947 BUICK VIN 14749986TENNESSEE title clean and clear in hand. MY RUST PROBLEMS? None that I see, I see no rust bubbles in the paint, the panels look original to me, frame and floors are solid. HOW IS THE PAINT? Very shinny straight black paint. I see no dents or dings, I do see some very minor touched up chips. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Good interior everywhere I look. The rubber mat does have a worn place near the accelerator, its covered by the floor mat. HORN WORKS! HEADLIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS ...
